Each business advisor works with a select and limited number of clients who either wish to grow or want someone independent alongside them. The advisor spends one half day a month with the client. Experience has shown that in the early stages of the relationship these are very focused sessions but as the relationship builds the sessions become more strategic. The advisor is always available on the telephone if there is an immediate need for assistance. However, you always remain in control. We advise. We don't instruct. What do you get in return?
